- High precision, touch sensitivity The HLD01 is designed for fast and reliable detection of halogen gas leaks and is ideal for maintenance of refrigeration systems and vehicle air conditioners. With switchable sensitivity (High/Low), leaks can be precisely located even under changing environmental conditions. In case of false alarms caused by environmental influences, press the zero button or a restart – the device will recalibrate immediately.
- Three-level alarm system – concentration at a glance The device warns acoustically, visually and via a three-stage bar indicator. The leak strength is clearly visible at all times: 0-16 ppm: Safe 16-85 ppm: Caution >85 ppm: Warning The purple LED auxiliary lamp allows you to quickly find leaks even in low light conditions.
- Dual LED lighting for dark work areas Integrated white work light and purple auxiliary lamp – both activated at the touch of a button. The white LED illuminates the test area, the purple LED improves the visibility of halogen gases through optical contrast. Ideal for maintenance work in hard-to-reach dark environments.
- Compatible with 4 refrigerant classes – all common types covered. Detects leaks from CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs and HFOs – including almost all common refrigerants such as R22, R134a, R404a, R1234yf and many more. One device for numerous applications – efficient, time-saving, versatile.
- Two calibration modes + auto shut-off + USB-C charging Selectable between automatic and manual calibration – simply hold the calibration button to switch to manual mode (display “C”), press again to automatic mode (“R”). The device automatically switches off after 10 minutes of inactivity (switch-off time adjustable) – energy-saving and durable. The 16 inch flexible hose allows measurements in hard to reach places.
